I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Oracle (Manila, Manila) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview process was very smooth and fast. I guess it was because it was during their open house. The HR was very clear on the steps of the interview. There was an initial interview conducted by the recruiter and a final interview. The initial interview consists of really general and usual questions about your work and previous work experiences. The final interview is conducted by the hiring manager. For this position, be prepared to answer accounting related questions and situational questions, such as "how would you react in a situation where the customer has already called you twice and is asking the same question?" After the final interview, the recruiter explained that if the outcome is positive the next step would be the job offer.
