Prepare for case study and pitch in a role play scenario - they test your ability how to to react to answers which you dob t know or secondly where you face tough questioning by your client as pricing is significant higher than other competitors - basically similar to what will happen in real life situations in sales - prepare for value propositions and communicating added value
4 steps - HR Screening > Hiring Manager > His Boss / VP > Panel Round > HR (Negotiation). All the rounds lasted for 30 min to 45/50 min. The negotiation was long drawn.

How were you successful with your customers and deal, being a non-native CH sales ?
Terrible process.. No engagement with the HR recruiter. The multiple interviews with the staff and hiring manager. This process seemed to be more about learning the competitive market and point of view. I would recommend caution when interviewing with Oracle. Hiring manager was unprofessional.
