Interview
somewhat lengthy; had 3 interviews with 3 different people. It wasn't the hardest interview, but they did seem to want to test me throughout to see if it's something I wanted.
4 steps - HR Screening > Hiring Manager > His Boss / VP > Panel Round > HR (Negotiation). All the rounds lasted for 30 min to 45/50 min. The negotiation was long drawn.

Terrible process.. No engagement with the HR recruiter. The multiple interviews with the staff and hiring manager. This process seemed to be more about learning the competitive market and point of view. I would recommend caution when interviewing with Oracle. Hiring manager was unprofessional.
