I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Austin, TX) in Mar 2025
Interview
Cold Emailed - Got the recruiter screening, which went well. Then got the opportunity to do 2nd & final round (Which were smooched together into one big super day) Unfornutaly I could tell that I wasn't going to get hired the second I hopped on the call. The interview felt disengaged, and my interviewer didn't really seem to care during the mock cold call. This was my dream job coming out of College, so it's just a bit of a bummer.

Question 1
They wanted star method on when was a time you learned a valuable lesson
Super ambiguous but not super intimidating. Had to do a mock sales call but if you prepare you're fine. Multiple rounds but very low stakes. They also placed a lot of emphasis on using the STAR method.
Standard interview process with very basic questions. First interview is with a recruiter and second one is already final round with a quick mock call. You are interviews by 2 managers back to back
