I dropped off my resume over the summer to the front office. A week or so later the receptionist called me to schedule an interview. I met with the principal and assistant principal. We had one interview and they called me the next day to offer me a position.

Must complete application online at the district and send a cover letter to the particular school with the opening. If interested, the principal will make contact to schedule interview. The interview is usually with a panel with standard questions about philosophy, class management, team work, how to work with parents, etc. They will contact you to offer the position.

Interview
I left a resume on campus with the front office. A few weeks later, the principal called and asked if I could come for an interview. I was interviewed by the school's principal, assistant principal, and dean of instruction, who had a list of questions they asked. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. They answered questions from me for about 10 minutes at the end. They even walked me around campus and showed me what my room would look like, even though it was 5:30.

There were no difficult or unexpected questions. All questions were very straight forward, such as "Describe a language arts lesson in your room."
