Interview was extremely easy. They wanted to hire me. I had gotten my class B license & everything for this job..The process took weeks. They called my references (previous employers) and asked them to review me. Only one previous job answered and they gave me a negative review. I had worked for that previous job for 5 years and was always treated unfairly. Supervisor would threaten to fire me, he wasn’t a good person. I have video of him threatening me. I showed up to work on time everyday, never called out, did my job, I dedicated 5 years to that job. I also gave them my 2 weeks before quitting just like an employee should. OCTA decided to not hire me based off of that one negative review. My advice to OCTA is to not judge a person due to ONE previous employer’s review. I feel that I wasted my time with this process.
