Orca Bio Scientist interview questions

Call with HR to talk about experience and responsibilities - a lot of role-dependent information was shared at this stage (not directly visible from the job description). Then met with a small scientist team to talk fairly technically about personal experience, approach to science, etc. People seemed nice. Then I talked with the team lead about the company's goal and mission. The final interview was mostly giving a 30-minute virtual presentation followed by Q&A. No one-on-one or other panel interviews. The overall compensation and benefits were below average (no 401k). Multiple signs during the interview showed a heavy workload. Pros are the team seemed smart, and the science sounded authentic compared to other biotech startups. So will need some gauge whether one wants to work here.
