Orchard Software Training Instructor interview questions

This company very much likes to hire from within when it comes to advancement. I had worked in technical support for about a year when I put in my interest for a training position. The training manager asked me if I'd be interested in helping out with our basic user class just to kind of get my feet wet. That actually ended up being my interview itself. At the end of that class week, I was offered the position. My manager and I talked about some aspects of the job, but as far as formal interview questions, he didn't have any for me.
