They were unorganized. The interview was scheduled under the premise of interviewing me for the office manager role, but when I sat down for the interview, they said they were interviewing for possibly 2 other positions as well. I was told by the staffing agency that I would have a job description to look at and a salary estimate before my interview, but the company provided neither. They hinted that they paid very well during the first interview. When I was turned down, I found that the salary they intended to pay for the position was not competitive at all, despite all the duties discussed for the position.
