Series of 4 or 5 phone interviews with co-founders and fellow employees. They are looking for somebody that is competitive and confident, sales knowledge/experience will help. Many questions are to see if you would be a good culture fit. You should have some interest in tech start-ups (specifically mobile) if you want this position.
