The process was streamlined for me, but I did not get very far. I submitted my application in late September or early October and was contacted mid-October - they were had several supplemental questions that needed to be submitted. I was contacted for an interview 2 weeks later. The interview could not have gone worse. They provided the questions 15 minutes before the interview (I expected that to be helpful but it only increased my anxiety). One of the interviewers was unfriendly and asked me a condescending question after I asked her to repeat the question. There was also an extremely difficult question that I didn't know how to answer. The other interviewers were nice and allowed me to answer it at the end, but it was hard to recover.
