Prior to the phone interview request, I was required to write a 3-4 page "essay style" in behaviorial interviewing format how I managed different Project Management scenarios I was called 2 days later, in late morning and asked to interview 3 hours later, if that would not work - there would be no other opportunity to interview - this would be my one and only opportunity. It was a phone interview with 2 other people.
