The first interview I had was just a basic phone screening where the recruiter told me about logistical aspects of the job. At the time, I didn't really let what she said deter me, but I wish I had asked more questions about how often throughout the day the role required me to be "traveling" from desk to desk. For someone who is unfamiliar with the campus, I think the head's up info that's given in the interview felt a little vague in hindsight. The second interview as in person with the managers, and in this interview, behavioral questions were asked. This isn't really an intellectually challenging role, but it is challenging if you're someone with a disability or on the spectrum and enjoy predictability. It's also very cold and stimulating. So I can see other neurodivergent people also struggling from time to time. That said, both the interview process and the job itself are decent and better than most experiences. Be prepared though to pay from your paycheck for parking, inconvenient parking options on top of that, potentially getting stuck during the winter, a dresscode, and expensive food options.
