Not very formal. Questions are relevant yet lengthy. The clinic manager asked the questions not the back office supervisor in charge of the medical assistants. There doesn't seem to be a good screening process, this shown in their poor decision hiring medical assistants and keeping them. If management cleans up their act and rids the bad apples, this place would function appropriately.

Applied online to the general talent pool. Was given a phone interview. Then my resume was sent to the clinics i expressed interest in. I was called by each of these clinics to schedule an interview. Able to schedule interview fairly quickly. After the interviews, I was called to give a verbal offer.
