Oregon Health & Science University New Grad RN interview questions

Process took about 4 months. Applied in October, interview in November and rejected in January. Interviewed with the 14A General Surgery unit. The assistant nurse manager was technologically incompetent, addressed the emails to me by the wrong name, failed to send me directions to the interview when requested and did not respond to call, page or email. During the interview, she accused me of lying about not receiving directions. Since the interview, she has sent me not one but TWO emails addressed to an RN with the same first name regarding a narcotic discrepancy. The second email contained a patient medical record number, birth date and first/last name. I reminded her to check the email address before she sent an email to that employee again and if a third breach occurs, I will be filing a formal complaint.

Applied online, called the next day for a phone interview, was immediately offered a video interview for the following week. Phone screen was about 15 minutes long. Pretty standard questions about my senior practicum experience.
