I was interviewed through a phone call, then a week later by a search committee that consisted of 4-5 people (essentially your future coworkers). It would have been in-person, but I did it through Skype because I was living in a different state at the time. After the interview, I got a phone call the next week saying I was offered the position. Went through background check and referrals.
