The application process was lenghly - all done on-line answering some additional supplementatl questions to be considred. I was contacted to set up an intial video screening which was to last 20 minutes over web-ex. Each went around and asked a behavorial or situational question that would be specific to the job. A few days later I was notified I made it to the second round. This consisted of a 50 minute interview with the search committe, a presentation, followed by QA and then some smaller 1-1 interviews slots with the Director and other staff members - total time 4 hours. The presetnation was a lot of work to prepare for - the topic was given a few days ahead of time. The presentation was in front of the search comittee plus other key stakeholders - 15 - 20 people. While the process is a lot of work they are a top notch organization to interview for. Very respectrful, and in my case I felt super at ease through it all. They were very nice group of people and an organization I would have been happy to work for - very professional, a bit laid back and very kind. They did a great job of saying these are our next steps so you new exactly how long things would take and what their process was that went into making a final decision. While I did not get this position I did receive a lot of positive feedback and would welcome an opportunity to interview there again.
