This is specific to OSU GO.
In-person panel interview with a group of 4 search committee members. Neutral interview experience. One of the members seemed very uninterested in what I had to say. Went in again for a one-on-one interview with the director. Was rescheduled last minute.
Overall, I took 2 days of my life to interview with this place, and they didn't have the courtesy to update me on the interview process. After the one-on-one interview, I was informed I'd hear back in a week or two. It's been almost 2 months since the first interview and I've not heard a thing from them, even after emailing the search committee chair.
I just find it very disrespectful and unprofessional.

The process was explained well and straight forward. The interviewers questions stayed on track, on topic, and work focused. I would recommend the OSU interview process to others. My experiences was 2 parts, one over the phone and the other in person.
