Oregon State University Professional Faculty Position interview questions

This was, in terms of logistics, the easiest interview I have ever had. They handled everything efficiently and professionally. The actual interview process itself was disheartening. They had an internal candidate, who interviewed several days before I did, and only three members of the seven-person search committee came to my main interview. I felt like they had made the decision before I even arrived.
