Relaxed interview with an experienced recruiter that explained the role, what was required etc. 2nd Round: Interview with direct manager Again somewhat relaxed interview. Felt this went well and I was informed of the follow up rounds. A lot of details into the team/department and how they function. 3rd Round: Interview with 2 teammates (*Incomplete) 4th Round: Interview with Head of Department (*Incomplete) Received details of Interview rounds 3 and 4 during the 2nd interview with the impression that these were for all candidates. Then I never heard a word back from recruiter following several attempts.
