It is a walk in and the round was F2F technical and they started with the points mentioned in RESUME and will proceed accordingly once you clear the round you may have more rounds related to technical or they may proceed with HR

The member who was in panel does not have any courtesy and the same this is observed with the rest of the staff over there.
I went for a QA engineer post and the person who took the interview is busy with his personnel work and he was doing something in his PC by placing the Resume aside.
When he asked few questions and when I answer them he asked to repeat again as he is busy with his PC.
I got an idea about the company and the work culture over there so after the completion of round I left the place without informing them.
Better to trust the GLASSDOOR reviews as I too had a look at the Orion systems review which were negative but thought of attending the interview which made my day WASTE

The interview process was very straightforward. I applied online and was scheduled for one technical round. The interviewer was professional and focused on practical technical questions related to my resume and the job description. No unnecessary rounds or long waits. The entire process was completed quickly and efficiently

For freshers there is aptitude test as the preliminary step. Then will have to attend one technical and one HR interview.
Technical interview mostly consists of questions related to SQL database and queries.

Aptitude was easy for me. Technical questions are average.Manager round was easy.
