I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Orion Innovation in May 2023
Interview
- First contact on Linkedin - Second interview with a manager he ask about your experience and some tricky questions of challenging as developer. - Third interview with the client it depends of what's the client expectations - After some days you got the offer. I would like to say that the process its faster however during the this I faced some situations that obligate me to decline the offer. - During the process I got a few of times cancelled interviews, when I got the offer they start to request me personal information without sign anything. - They said me that they will send the contract to sign but they basically sent me it one week before to leave start (for ethical stuff it might be better to accept and sign the contract and then later notice to your current employer about resignation). - For me was a bit unorganised... all the technical interview were really good but the problems its the people that are dedicated to make the onboarding process.
