Interview
Contacted them through an online ad. Received call from owner's wife (HR/VP) about scheduling interview. Had phone interview, followed by face-to-face with owner, senior developer, and CS manager. Asked about experience with specific frameworks and languages, but not a single developer or code question.
I was told the main thing against me was that I didn't have recent .NET experience, even though I was interviewing for a JavaScript developer position.
