I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Orlando Health
Interview
I had a total of 3 interview's which consisted of one phone screening, a virtual with a few team members and a day long panel interview. The panel interview went very well. The staff and leaders were very upbeat and engaging. A number of panelists personally came to me afterward and stated that they very much hoped that I would join the team. I was very encouraged when the team reached out in that way. My one recommendation is to keep the candidates updated especially if we are reaching out in our own due diligence. As a candidate who was highly interested in the position I would have appreciated more transparency regarding the timeline or notification that I was not selected. I understand the hiring team was likely very busy, but more consistent updates instead of me having to reach out would have enhanced the overall experience.
