Interview
Orvis called me in for an interview 10 months after I applied for the job. I realized immediately that they like group interviews. I interviewed with 10 people my first interview, and about 15 people my second interview. They are broken up to be 2-4 people per interview meeting. It was a very thorough interview process. It was too long, really - I was meeting people all day for one full day on two different occasions. I was literally exhausted after each day and then was asked to get dinner one of those nights with staff. It was just too much.

What would your friends/current coworkers say are your three greatest weaknesses?
Lots of people but everyone was very nice. They will try to understand if you see yourself in southern Vermont. They will want to do a phone interview first and then will want to do an in person interview.

Interview
Long and drawn out process that lasted several months. Very basic interview questions, asking to describe oneself and their strengths/weaknesses. Everyone I dealt with along the process was easy to talk to which made the process better.
Met with several members of various departments. Everyone was friendly and asked good questions. Severa rounds of inteviews gets exhausting however. Overall a positive experience. Would recommend to a friend.
