I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Orvis Company
Interview
Received a request to phone interview within a week of applying. I had 2 phone interviews and 1 in person interview. The in-person interview was a store walk through. They asked me what I thought of the staff and what I thought of the merchandising. I had some follow up scenario questions. I enjoyed the interview questions and the process.

Question 1
What would you change different in the store and how would you explain the change to management.
Thorough, good conversation. Very passionate about the brand which is great to see. Asked a lot of question regarding what I would bring to the table, and how I would drive results from a team. Was interviewed by two gentlemen who were friendly but were keen on seeing some strong results.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Orvis Company (Arlington, VT)
Interview
Easy interview process but a lot of rounds. Human Resources assess if you can fit into culture so it seems as opposed to skill set. Staff seemed nice but process was very slow. You feel like it's exploratory interviews and not an open position at first.
