I began the interview process on March 9th and had an offer in hand on March 24th. 15 days from start to finish.
My first call was with Kelsey and you can tell she loves the company. Not only for what Osano does, but who Osano allows her to be, which is her authentic self. There's no faking it to put on a show for a job candidate. That genuine authenticity was present the entire hour-long conversation. (I don't honestly remember if it was supposed to go that long, but if you've ever been in a good interview, you know time can sometimes get away from you.)
Next I interviewed with Skye, Christie, and John separately over the course of a week and a half. All of them are part of the Implementation and Support team and during our interviews I couldn't help but ask each one of them what they had done before coming to Osano because they were (and are) so knowledgable about the product and the industry as well. After I accepted the offer and joined the team, there's not been one problem I haven't been able to solve and that's almost completely due to their collective knowledge.
One last thing: there's no slick talkers during the interview process or any sort of misrepresentation of culture that would lead to buyer's remorse. I've never had an interview process so accurately predict the culture of a company and it's been a breath of fresh air.
