Oshi has a 3-step interview process: 1.) Recruiter Screening 2.) Clinical Assessment and 3.) Cultural Fit. The entire process took about 3-4 weeks. The recruiter was very helpful and responsive to questions. She kept me updated throughout the interview process. All in all it was a good experience.

Basic interview questions with the exception of the clinical assessment. During the clinical assessment, you're asked behavioral health theory/practice questions, then given a scenario to describe how you would treat the patient for intake to termination.
