Got to the second round — very simple behavioral questions revolving leadership, teamwork, and problem solving. First interview capped at 15 minutes and the next one is 45 minutes if you make it to the next round. I applied for a general engineering internship, so they would just give me the application to whatever seemed to fit the best

Was ghosted after the first interview. Reached out to the recruiter and was ignored. From other reviews, it seems like this is more common than it should be. Crazy that a company focused on supply chain can't seem to organize a professional enough talent acquisitions team that doesn't have to resort to ghosting.
