Mike- thanks for your comment— please allow me to make a few corrections to your post in that this was presented as a full time position as we neither recruit for or place contract engineers. Of course your qualifications were discussed during this initial screening interview. However, as we stated in your other posting, while we look for technical competence, we also look for a good fit within the existing team and alignment with Otak’s culture. I apologize that we didn’t close the loop properly; our practice is to personally inform all candidates that are invited to interview and provide key feedback about why they weren’t selected. We respect that every candidate is valuable, even if the fit isn’t right. We missed the mark and I apologize. I would be happy review the position file and provide feedback directly.
