Screen, Hiring Manager, Panel was the order. No major tough questions. Panel appeared to be disengaged from the start. Not a good indication of the internal morale. Overall friendly individuals and no logically tough questions, but definitely "coded" questions that had meaning beneath an interviewees ability to answer. Took more than a week with follow-up to get a no.
