I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Oura
Interview
The interview process consisted of four interviews. The first discussion was an HR screening following two team interviews and the manager's interview. The HR representative was readily available throughout the recruitment process, gave feedback, arranged the meetings, and answered any questions I may have. The interviews took approximately four weeks, and the complete recruitment cycle was around two months from the application to the agreement. All discussions were relaxed and insightful, and I got detailed information about the role, expectations, teams, and company and met six new colleagues. The process reflected the company and its values well but may have benefitted from more diverse screening methods than four back-to-back dialogue interviews.

Question 1
A lot of examples of previous people management situations.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Oura in May 2026
Interview
Several rounds of interview. Everyone was very nice and engaging, they asked 3-5 questions and allowed time for me to ask questions about the role. The questions were specific to the role; no need to follow the STAR method. Everyone was experienced. had a depth of knowledge and mentioned the company was trying to move differently than they had in the past. Based on some of the previous employee comments on Glassdoor, which give a frightening experience, that was reassuring.

Question 1
What kind experiences I have for team leader position?
Great people, very positive but hired internally which was upsetting since I feel like it wasn’t communicated to me clearly but I guess it’s not sheets like that so I would still recommend them as a company
