Applied through a vacancy announced. Contacted by phone to schedule an interview directly with the hiring manager. Had an interview with two different people to explore my motivations and few technical aspects of the role. Terrible experience with the hiring manager totally distracted and performing tasks while on the call, often forgetting the conversation course. His IPhone rang loudly several times and he didn't even bothered to excuse for it. Super judgy facial expressions and comments when listening (almost never). Looked like he was only sticking to the agenda to meet targets.
