The first step was an interview with HR and a member of the data team. This talk was a mix of the typical HR interview with some open ended technical questions. The second step was a take home challenge to solve within one week. I had to deliver the code and slides presenting the solution and how I handled all of the requirements. The third step of the process was to present the solution to 4 data engineers followed by a long round of Q&A. The last step was an interview with the Head of AI.
