There was an initial screening with HR, followed by another screening by a Principal Product Designer. Then there was a technical exercise (~1 hour) with two Principal Product Designers, followed by a last interview with the Director of UX.

The screenings had standard questions about my experience and skills. The technical exercise was a hypothetical scenario to see how I would approach it.

Vaga aplicada via consultoria, pois via aplicação direta nem email automatico enviam. - Aplicação realizada, aguardando analise, que demorou 2 semanas. - Me chegou o feedback: "...não pretende marcar entrevista porque refere que teve experiência de curta de duração..." Obs: Eu tive experiencias nós últimos 7 anos, que foram de 1 ano a 2 anos de permanência na empresa, tempo muito maior que a media de tempo que os profissionais ficam em Bigtech que e de 1 anos e 3 meses. Nas minhas 2 últimas experiencias: Uma foi Contractor de 3 meses, e a segunda esta sendo de freelancer para uma rede social. Mas eu fico agradecido, pois esse já e o filtro que me ajuda a entender que essa não e uma boa empresa para pessoas. *Na minha aplicação expliquei muito bem, que minha mudanças fora por recomendação de amigos, e que estou a procura de uma empresa, para ficar no mínimo 2 anos me dedicando ao um projeto, sem as mudanças de trabalho, que são a única forma de conseguir um aumento acima da inflação.

Firstly there is a very informal 10/15min chat with a team recruiter. If all was well you moved onto a more formal experience interview with team management/sr to dig into you and your working background. Lastly there was a hour long skills test, done on call with the team lead setting a few problems to solve

It was an HR interview, Technical Interview, Case Study, Case Study Presentation, and Final Call with the director of design. All the processes were super smooth, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I had best hiring experience with Outsystems.
