Interview
I had 4 interviews in total + preparation of a Business Case.
Had one interview with HR and Hiring Manager. With positive outcome on both I was selected for the Business Case. Received business case on a friday, and had the discussion on a thursday.
Got feedback on the next friday, and last interview, with VP Interview, on the following monday. They presented the proposal of the friday of that week.
It was divided in 4 steps. In each step was very clear what was the purpose and the outcome of it. The first one was with RH, them the second one with two peers - if I join the company, I will work with daily . The third was with my direct manager and the last interview with chief area.

Interview
It all started with a first interview with Sofia Figueira Barbosa, VP Customer Operations where she presented the program manager role and where I described my main responsibilities in my current role
In the second interview with Melissa Cristóvão, Talent Acquisition Projects Specialist, we exchanged details regarding my current role, main responsibilities, and my expectations for the future.
After this there was the third Interview where I simulated a presentation of a monthly status report to the heads of the areas to explain the progress on the initiatives planned from Jan-June.
In the fourth interview I was challenged to present the outsystems platform, capabilities, and the value proposition with the main purpose of testing my English.
And to finalise the process we had a last meeting with Melissa Cristóvão to reach an agreement.
