It was a pleasure to get inside this interview. It was an ULTRAFAST process (the entire process lasted 1 week and a half) and it was very kind and human. In other interviews I had with other companies, the process was cold, with a lot of "killer questions" where one part only ask questions and the other have to defend himself/herself against the questions to succeed.
This process was very different. I am delighted. I have to thank all involved in this process because of that.
Regarding the process, it was compound of three interviews:
- 1st Interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist. -> Global interview to know better your profile and interests, and to align with you what they are looking for.
- 2nd interview with one Lead Agile Coach to know you better, know your career path and what is your experience and knowledge with Agile.
- An exercise is given to you, and you have some days to solve it. Later, they call a meeting with you in order you can explain it.
- Lastly, if you have success with all the above, they negotiate with you the salary.
