The whole process was fast and well structured. I had five interviews, Hiring Manager, Sales Development Manager, Sales Development Director, Solution Architect and the Regional Sales, Director. We talked about what's expected for the role, my experience, and a short role play to test me on how will I respond to challenges. It gave me an opportunity to show my skills and potentials.
