There was a phone screening, then a follow up phone interview in which I had to sell a gym membership, then roughly two hours of in-person interviews. The phone screen was run by someone who obviously didn't have much experience, then the "faux sales pitch" was run by a seasoned salesperson. The in-person interview was three 45 minute back to back interviews with CS Managers.
