I was ghosted. Terrible experience.
I felt that the initial interview went well and was hopeful to progress into the next phase of the interview process. I sent a normal thank you email after the first interview and then a follow-up email a week + later since it happened around a holiday weekend. I never heard back, not even a "sorry, but..." response.

Interview
The actual interview was super easy. We talked about my background and the role’s expectations. The role was listed as onsite but is actually hybrid once tasks are mastered. The downside of the interview process is that it is long!!!!!!! It took about two weeks from meeting with the hiring manager to getting an offer.
