I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Outfront Media (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
I was asked to come in three times and was told the position was mine if I really wanted it (due to my previous experience on the agency side). I confirmed that I wanted it and literally never heard back - EVER. It's been two months since and I've called 5 times and emailed 5 and haven't heard a peep. Beyond disrespectful and my interview experience is reflective of the company's work practices and how they treat their employees.

Question 1
How would I go about searching for a lead or cold calling?
Phone screening first, followed by a few in person interviews with management and other senior account executives. Mostly conversational interview and testing of out of home media knowledge. Fair process

Question 1
Asked what my knowledge of OOH landscape was and outfront media products
I found the process completely bizarre, almost bordering unprofessionalism, starting with the recruiter. She was scattered and called me outside of the availability that I provided. Her tone was rather passive when she suddenly asked me about changing from a video interview to an in-person and I asked to clarify their draw salary pay structure, which she came off as short and presumptuous when she assumed I had an issue with coming in 4x a week to the office (I did not). The whole experience was bizarre, with my in-person interview only lasting half the scheduled time, though the actual interviewers were nice.

The recruiters for this company are incompetent, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I can only deduct that this is a direct reflection of the culture and leadership. If you value yourself, don’t even give this company the time of day. I specifically worked with Eliza Manning.
