Spoke with a recruiter who was lovely, moved on to interviewing with a creative director who was also great to talk with. Interview went well, good conversation. You MUST complete a "take home" project as part of the interview process. If you're anti-spec work (which most of us should be) then be prepared. Was subsequently ghosted after submitting the assignment.

They reached out to me after going through my portfolio, I got back to them and we booked an interview. The interview was "text-based" and they ghosted me halfway through, didn't even have the decency to say they weren't interested or just to conclude the interview. Completely disrespectful... I wonder what it's like working for them.
