One of the most unprofessional experiences in my career.
HR was very nice, but disregarded my availability multiple times and it took 3 requests to secure an interview time when I was available.
The interview with the hiring manager was one of the most unpleasant meetings I've ever had. They came in and were immediately dismissive of my experiences saying it wasn't good I've only worked in one field. This isn't true as I've had a long successful career spanning multiple industries. I tried to recenter the meeting by explaining my process and how I worked and they were very dismissive of my answer. They went on to complain about my only working in one field. (Which, once again, was obviously not the case from my resume.) So, I then explained a business I turned around based on my work. Their reply was they didn't think I had experience with the scale of customers they are looking for. This was also in direct contrast with my resume where I listed companies I've helped grow from humble beginnings and they have more clients than Outfront.
I then ended the interview because we weren't connecting and I didn't like the tenor of the interviewer.
