I applied online and received a friendly email asking me to send over some times for the phone screen. The phone screen consisted mostly of getting-to-know-you questions. I also learned tons about Ovia Health, which I really appreciate. The person I talked to was knowledgeable and really enthusiastic about the company. After, I received a request to come to the office (which is really cool by the way). I got an email describing who I would be meeting with and some info to help me prepare. I enjoyed each of my conversations. I didn't end up getting the role (and got specific feedback as to why it wasn't the right fit) but I have nothing but great things to say about everyone I met and the process.
