Positive feedback: 1. The HR system sent constant reminders prior to TEAMS meeting. 2. HR resource joined the meeting on time. 3. Very transparent about salary range and travel amount. Areas to improve: 1. Video Interview through TEAMS - The recruiter did not turn the camera on. Very disrespectful and not professional at all. 2. Evidently it was her interview #352 of the day; Zero interested in answering my questions. 3. Offered very little details about the role, challenges, timing, total compensation, benefits, company culture, etc. 4. Clueless about the engineering how the engineering department is structured. Although the position looks fantastic, HR people like the one I had the pleasure to interview with, eliminated the possibility of me considering this role and employer. Organizations usually ignore how crucial these overall candidates screening process could be and impactful it is for the business.

Met with HR, scheduled time to met with hiring manager a few days later. Followed up with HR on status of candidacy after about 8 business days. No response. Followed up with hiring manager on status of candidacy the following week, no response. Fair to say I won't get the job at this point, but ironic to hear about how good the culture is then be ghosted.
