The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Own Company (Newark, NJ) in Aug 2022
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me THREE times via LinkedIn and persisted that I interview with the company. Set up an interview with a recruiter. I asked many questions to the recruiter in which he did not know the answer to. Seemed very disorganized so I feel I honestly dodged a bullet. Recruiter said they were looking to hire right away and would let me know by the end of the week either way regarding the next steps. Followed up and never received a response. Was just completely ghosted. Completely unprofessional.
