Interview
The panel asked very technical questions followed by a tour at Oxford Instrument. The interview took about one hour and it went pretty well. The first part of technical question was about checking a part of cryo pump whether it is operational or not. The second part was asking three different questions about cryosystem. This was in a form of solving problems based on physic background.

Following technical questions, they asked about my communication skills and how I deal with difficult situation at work. They also asked what I do if I am uncertain about a procedure. Whether I try to do it by myself or try to check with those who are familiar with the system and are more senior.
