I went through a two-stage interview process. The first stage was with the Procurement Manager, which focused mainly on my background, experience, and general procurement knowledge. The second stage was a more technical assessment involving a case study review with both the Operations Director and the Procurement Manager. This stage tested problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to apply procurement principles to a real-world scenario.
