Interview

HR was helpful, line manager was borderline incompetent, however, there is a new manager there now, so process should hopefully be more sophisticated. Applied online and took a few weeks to get interview, once interviewed, job offer was extended in 2 days.

At Plasmatech arm I was asked extremely basic questions, like voltage of an open circuit and what a resistor was. Questioned the the basic level of the questions and the interviews raised his voice and criticized my degree in electronics.

Phone interview, then face to face. 2 weeks duration. Met with multiple employees, and HR. The personnel were very snobbish. Upper management was non existent. Personnel there on assignment from England were unprofessional and technically inferior to the American professional.
