Interviewers who are managers should be accompanied by human resource professionals who are experienced in recruitment, score fairly based on job requirements and related experience, ask relevant questions, and don't feel intimidated by individuals who are more accomplished than them. The overall impression and vibe I get from this organization after going through multiple interview processes is poor, the overwhelming majority come across as cold and out of touch.
